Greetings from Lakeside Middle School:

I would like to welcome you to our web site. We have many wonderful and exciting programs at Lakeside. Lakeside students and teachers represent the best in Anderson County.

At Lakeside we have three strategic goals. They are:

	All students will show improvement academically through an increase in test scores as measured by the state testing program,
	All students will show continuous improvement toward 100% attendance, and
	All students will demonstrate the skills necessary to enter ninth grade.

Our teachers work diligently to provide engaging and challenging lessons in each classroom.

There are many wonderful things going on every day. We are proud of the exciting learning opportunities we provide for our students. Lakeside is proud to be recognized as a School of Promise. Also, this year we were awarded a Red Carpet from the state in recognition of friendliness and customer service. We welcome your visits and inquiries about our school.
