2009 Summer Reading Challenge
Directions for Student Participation
1. Get copies of the summer reading log from your library media specialist. The summer reading log is also available online at http://ed.sc.gov/agency/offices/tech/ms/lms/ReadingCalendars.html.
2. Begin reading on June 1, 2009 and read some every day during June, July, and August. The last day to log your reading is August 31, 2009.
3. Have your parents or guardian sign each day that you read noting the number of pages that you read.
4. Bring your signed reading logs to your library media specialist when school begins.
