POWERSCHOOL PARENT PORTAL REGISTRATION
Access to your child’s grades and attendance through PowerSchool is provided to you as another form of communication with teachers and administrators. This process will help all of us in our efforts to support your child’s education.
Please stop by the school office in order to register. You will need to present a photo ID, preferably a driver’s license, so a copy can be made. You will receive the ID and password when you register. Registration cannot be done by telephone or e-mail. It must be done in person. Only one username and password will be issued per family.

 Would you like to give your student a birthday present that will last for years? Honor him/her with a book donation to the Lakeside Middle School Library. For $10, your student will get to choose a book to donate to the library and have a book plate placed in the front of that book dedicating it in honor of the student's birthday. Your student will also be the first to check out the book and can bring it home to show you. In addition, all birthday club members will have their pictures displayed on a special Birthday Book Club bulletin board.

Vikings...Just Read It! Lakeside is proud to announce the 1st Nine Weeks winners of the Vikings...Just Read It! Program. 
Viking Voices Your Voice Counts! You are invited to be a part of Viking Voices which will be held November 16, 2009 from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. in the school library. This will be a time for parents to share their thoughts and ideas with school administrators and staff. The topic for this Viking Voices will be theme school. We look forward to hearing your concerns and wishes for our school, and it is our hope that together we can make Lakeside even better.
